General business

• Pricing is listed in USD, and I use Paypal. I do not have any other money holding service, so you must pay via Paypal or through Ko-Fi (as I believe it's a mediator?) or any other alternative that does not require me to make an account on a different platform.
• Typically, payment will be conducted at the sketching stage unless otherwise specified (I need money for an emergency or I forget to have you pay until I'm done). Payment will likely be conducted in invoices unless the payment amount is small or I'm in a hurry, in which case I will have you pay directly to my paypal.
• I have the right to refuse business with anyone for any reason.
• If you own art you got from me (IE. you have adopted a design I drew, you have commissioned me to draw a character, etc) you are free to repost it or use it in icons or thumbnails with credit.
• If I have posted fandom art that you do not own, I PREFER you ask me for specific permission depending on the piece, but you likely have permission to use it as an icon with credit. (I may refuse if I detest the art or if the character or piece is personal to me)
• I am perfectly fine with holds and payment plans. I do NOT enjoy small payments as fees are compounded, so if you were to do a payment plan I'd prefer waiting a month to get $100 over getting $25 every week.
• The space I craft is LGBT+, POC, disabled/mentally ill, and any other minority positive. I will draw any body type and shape and characters of any identity (that I do not find personally offensive such as transphobic identities).

Commissions

• I can draw ferals (typically cartoony creatures), anthros (near mascot-like standing animal creatures, humanoids with canine faces and paws, and kemonomimi), humanoids and humans.
• I will accept commissions of canon characters, including selfship or OC x canon. In general, I can also draw interaction art, including romantic. I will also draw other people OC's in good faith- if you're requesting interaction art I will ask for explicit screenshotted permission that what is drawn is allowed, otherwise/if you are visibly close to the other party (ie; linked on their profile) I'll assume it's a gift and fine. I will also draw light to medium heavy gore. (NSFW) I will draw NSFW but this may incure an upcharge compared to normal commission prices as a NSFW fee, and more so depending on what material you're asking for. I will not draw any immoral NSFW art (anything mimicking or encouraging irl crimes such as beastiality (so no feral content) or rape (so no non-con, child-like characters, or distress based art)).
• Please know what you want from me before commissioning, and let me know upfront. I will make up to 3 passes on a sketch (not mistakes on my end that need to be corrected) before forfeiting the commission.
• I may ask for complexity fees if your character is intensive to draw or hard to look at.
• Turnaround time is anywhere from 15 minutes (seriously) to several weeks depending both on circumstances and on what you are requesting from me. Please feel free to ask me about my availability, I try to only take on commissions I think I can do immediately.
• I do not spend money until it is secure, feel free to ask for a refund if the commission is not working out, however I will ask that the work I complete is compensated. You can check the above pricing for reference.

Designs

• Many things I list below I do not ENDORSE or enjoy, but have NO recourse to stop you. I will never revoke a design unless you fully scam me and do not have any actual stake in the design. I will not call anyone out unless they are fully stealing a design or tracing.
• You are allowed to transfer my characters in any way you wish. You may sell characters your traded for or received as a gift. You may add worth on as you see fit.
• You may make derivative designs for designs that you own, such as sibling/parent/child designs. Please do not make carbon copies and sell them off; this counts as scamming if you use my design to make unfair profit.
• You are free to redesign anything you get from me.
• You are free to use designs I've made in any media you wish, such as for comics/animations that you wish to publicize, and in sold merchandise with proper credit where necessary (clarification: do not use my original created art for this. Different and original drawings of the characters are fine).
• I do not consent to anything I create being used for Artificial Intelligence training.
